The "Improvement" is a free, 30-day trial offered exclusively to the first 20 people* who register each month. It includes an assigned wellness coach that will design a personalized fitness program around our 40-plus weekly class schedule. Goal setting, weekly assessments and check-ins will hold you accountable.

* This program is for people who are committed to making a change. Spots are limited; we require a time commitment of at least three classes a week. First 30 days are free to new and inactive members of six months or more. Other conditions may apply. Must be 18 or older.
