ARCH Training has helped dozens of HYROX athletes prepare for their race experience.


What is HYROX?

The event is comprised of eight 1000 meter runs and eight movements.

The perfect competition for ALL fitness and skill levels!

Go beyond your limits individually or with a partner (doubles) or a group of four (relay)!

All participants wear a timing chip and will receive an individual finishing time, as well as splits by workouts, with comparable results (age groups, etc.) through the HYROX global ranking system posted online.

How long does a HYROX race take?

It all depends on your fitness level. The average finisher time last season was 01:32h. However, the race has no time limit: some participants take three hours, while the elite men and women finish under 55 minutes.
