Small Group Training

Designed for four to six people, our 8-week small group training (SGT) sessions are offered two or three days a week and are customized with your specific training and fitness goals in mind. A designated trainer will create the program around your group's schedule, whether it is early morning, prior to getting the kids off to school, during the day or evenings. Available for every fitness level, group sessions are social, competitive, offer camaraderie and reinforce accountability. We offer 60-plus classes a week, providing a focused, intense fitness experience for all skill levels. Classes include strength training, cardio conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, bootcamps and yoga. Our schedule is designed to burn calories, build muscle, and help you achieve measurable results while integrating rest and recovery. Each day new classes are introduced, ensuring a fresh and different training experience. Classes can be purchased individually, via a 10-session punch card, or monthly unlimited.
