Our personal trainers offer consistent motivation, accountability, guidance, and personalized attention.

Combining this one-on-one attention with an individualized program ensures that you are consistently challenged and on track to achieve your goals.


Group Fitness Classes

Our 60-minute classes are different everyday and designed by our fitness professionals to elicit a specific stimulus. Unlike most group classes, we use a wide variety of movements, equipment, and class formats for a challenge that never gets boring.


Personalized Programming

After discussing your goals in-depth, our Personal Trainers create a customized and progressive plan to help you achieve them.

This option includes 3-4 workouts/week and daily check-ins with our fitness professionals where you receive additional feedback, guidance, instructions and more.

We recommend this option for members who are experienced and comfortable following a program independently.

We have programmed for fitness competitions such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, endurance events, and other personal goals.

This option requires an Open Gym or Class Membership.

Whether you’re prepping for a Hyrox, Spartan, Tough Mudder, DEKAfit race, triathlon, or other endurance event, we’ve got you covered. Our facility and trainers can prepare you for success in an event like this, regardless of your fitness level.

Jordan Kaufman

The founder of ARCH Training with 16 years of experience in the industry. He has trained a wide variety of clients that range from combat and endurance athletes, bodybuilders, powerlifters, first responders and general population of all ages. His passion for fitness, breadth of knowledge, and true desire to help people are clear in any interaction with Jordan. He goes above and beyond, overdelivers, and makes sure his clients reach their goals, both realized and unrealized.

My mission as a fitness professional is to inspire my clients to learn as they train and help them enjoy their time in the gym while making progress. I help clients build strength, learn nutrition skills, and improve their overall quality of life. I emphasize patience and consistency because I believe health and fitness are lifelong pursuits. I have presented for the company MOSSA (Let’s Move) in multiple programs, providing instruction to worldwide Instructors in the fitness industry. I am proud fitness professional who enjoys helping people identify their personal health and fitness needs. My name is Sydney Rapcavage and my background is in athletics and weight training. I grew up playing field hockey and have a passion for sports. I was introduced to weight training while I was in college in Colorado and instantly fell in love. My philosophy and approach as it pertains to training is that everyone should move their body in a way that feels best for them. Training is always adaptive to the individual and should progress both your physical and mental strength.

Ricky Stephens

Ricky Stephens is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, weaving a passion for fitness with a rich basketball background. He played two impactful years at Brookdale Community College, honing his skills before transferring to Rutgers Newark University for another two years. With four years of college-level basketball experience, Ricky transitioned into coaching and running speed and agility classes, all while cherishing the opportunity to inspire young athletes. He has 4 years of coaching experience and a year of speed and agility training under his belt. He brings a structured approach to his speed and agility classes for all kids. His boundless enthusiasm and innovative training methods create an engaging environment where children not only enhance physical abilities but also develop a lifelong love for staying active.
