Group Fitness Classes
Our 60-minute classes are different everyday and designed by our fitness professionals to elicit a specific stimulus. Unlike most group classes, we use a wide variety of movements, equipment, and class formats for a challenge that never gets boring.
Personalized Programming
After discussing your goals in-depth, our Personal Trainers create a customized and progressive plan to help you achieve them.
This option includes 3-4 workouts/week and daily check-ins with our fitness professionals where you receive additional feedback, guidance, instructions and more.
We recommend this option for members who are experienced and comfortable following a program independently.
We have programmed for fitness competitions such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, endurance events, and other personal goals.
This option requires an Open Gym or Class Membership.
