Hakim Bryant

In 2014, Hakim "The Dream" Bryant turned pro after a successful run as one of the top amateur fighters in New Jersey. He has an extensive knowledge of boxing, fitness and running. Hakim attended Brookdale Community College and received an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, combining his passion for fitness and his love for food.

Hakim trains MMA fighters and boxers as well as adults of all skill levels. He also works with kids and supports anti-bullying programs at schools.

Mark Holmes

Mark is a former Manalapan high school letterman in baseball and basketball. He attended Wagner College on an athletic scholarship as a starting pitcher for the NCAA Division 1 baseball program and had a short stint in independent Professional Baseball. Mark helps his clients achieve maximal potential by addressing their individual needs through stability, flexibility and strength techniques while specializing in programs designed to increase speed, power and agility. He is currently studying for a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.

Kim Vernaci

Kim’s training style is an asset to the HIT squad. She applies scientific knowledge to train her clients for the primary goal of improving their performance. She designs and implements safe and efficient strength training and conditioning programs and is able to provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

Kim’s strength and conditioning expertise provides the essential tools to build your body into the powerhouse that it can be! As an AFAA certified fitness trainer, she is intensely trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. Kim has been helping her clients achieve their fitness goals since 2007.

Joe DeSantis

Joe is a graduate of Castleton University with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. While at Castleton University, Joe played football and club soccer along with interning at one of the top powerlifting gyms in the country. He worked for Castleton University's strength and conditioning department, directly supporting the school's athletes.

One of Joe's many hobbies is running Spartan races where he has done nine including two Beasts throughout the United State and two in Sydney, Australia.

Joe Serpe

Joe has been a personal trainer since 2014, working with a wide range of clientele with different fitness goals, needs and purposes. His clientele is comprised of athletes, competitors and people looking to improve their overall health
and wellness.

Joe has trained Division 1, 2 and 3 college athletes as well as middle and high school athletes from various sports such as soccer, baseball, football, lacrosse, tennis, swimming, golf, and track and field. Focusing on strength and mobility, he works with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Additionally, Joe has experience with powerlifting and Olympic lifting techniques. He has developed training programs ranging from strength and endurance to recovery/ROM/flexibility.

Joe is currently and exercise science student with the hopes of pursuing graduate school for physical therapy.

Caleb Hunt is a certified youth fitness specialist, personal trainer, and sports performance coach. A true fitness enthusiast and former college football athlete at Kean University, Caleb is strongly dedicated to helping individuals of ALL AGES reach their fitness goals and athletic performance.

Through his experience, including directing an indoor sports and fitness program for kids, Caleb’s training philosophy integrates fun with “muscle confusion” movements and techniques.  Caleb's workouts are equally matched by his infectious energy and positive attitude that is inspiring and motivating.

Committed to a “fitness” lifestyle, Caleb is consistently challenging himself in the gym as well as through sports and hobbies. His strong passion for fitness is instrumental in helping clients reach their full potential, mentally and physically. With every workout offering its own unique signature, Caleb delivers result-driven training sessions.

Jason O'Donnell

Jason was born and raised in Toms River, NJ. In high school, he attended Toms River North where he was a two-sport athlete participating in soccer and lacrosse. After high school, Jason progressed to play soccer at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science.

After graduating from TCNJ, Jason began working as a personal trainer in Hoboken, NJ. From here he went on to become a strength coach for high school and collegiate athletes. He then moved to New York City to work as a personal trainer at a boutique fitness club.

A passionate coach who loves to train adults and athletes at all ages and fitness levels, Jason is focused on helping achieve incremental changes every day. He is a proud supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
