Hakim Bryant

In 2014, Hakim "The Dream" Bryant turned pro after a successful run as one of the top amateur boxers in New Jersey. He has an extensive knowledge of boxing, fitness and running. Hakim attended Brookdale Community College and received an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, combining his passion for fitness and his love for food.

Hakim trains MMA fighters and boxers as well as adults of all skill levels. He also runs HIT Training’s youth boxing program and supports anti-bullying programs at schools.

Kim Vernaci

Kim’s training style is an asset to the HIT squad. She applies scientific knowledge to train her clients for the primary goal of improving their performance. She designs and implements safe and efficient strength training and conditioning programs and is able to provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

Kim’s strength and conditioning expertise provides the essential tools to build your body into the powerhouse that it can be! As an AFAA certified fitness trainer, she is intensely trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. Kim has been helping her clients achieve their fitness goals since 2007.

Ryan Davidson

Starting college as a finance major, Ryan quickly realized that exercise science was the path for him, combining his passion for both fitness and science. He switched majors and graduated from Rutgers University with his bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2015.

Ryan specializes in strength training and cardio conditioning, drawing from a broad range of technical movements. His early struggles with exercise and weight loss has enabled him to help clients of all fitness levels.

Ryan is currently studying to take the NSCA's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam and is working toward being admitted to a physical therapy graduate program in the Fall of 2020.

Mike DeNora

Mike has been a group and personal trainer since 2011, working with a wide range of clientele with various fitness goals and needs. His clients include athletes, competitors and those looking to improve their overall health, wellness, and mobility.

Focusing on practical strength and mobility, Mike works with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Since 2008, Mike has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. He has lived and competed professionally in Thailand and frequently participates in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling tournaments throughout the United States.

Mike has a Bachelors Degree in Health Science with a focus on Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and is currently an MBA student. He is also pursuing a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
