HIT Training now offers a new Youth Boxing Program, specifically designed for boys and girls ranging in age from eight to high school teens.
As discussed in the previous post, complex training can be easily incorporated into a strength training regimen in order to create the desired conditioned adaptive response. Complex training – more commonly referred to as “supersets” – should be calculated and programmed according to the athlete.
Julian Young is no stranger to hard work. He has been training with us for the past two years, which helped him prepare for (and succeed in) football and basketball. Most recently, Julian was named one of the nation’s best middle school football players by USA Football.
This week we launched new sports performance classes designed to increase speed, strength, agility, coordination, and muscle mass. Ideal for serious athletes in middle and high school (ages 13-18), the class will be held five times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM); each session will be sixty minutes.
