Guest speaker and clinical nutritionist Thomas Mantos will discuss high intensity interval training, why resistance movements build muscle and burn fat, as well as nutrition and recovery tips.
Starting this month, HIT Training will host a monthly seminar on various topics ranging from nutrition and sports performance to hands-on sessions focused on proper lifting and training techniques. These seminars are open to members as well as your friends and family. The first seminar, “Nutrition 101,” will be held on Saturday, September 19 at 11:15 AM here in the gym.
