Father and Son Boxing

Family time is important. This dad (Steven) and his son (Justin) are spending some ultra-special quality time together, boxing on Saturdays.

Justin is six years old. After watching his father it the pads, Justin put on the gloves and together they train with professional boxer and trainer Hakim Bryant. Each week Steven and Justin learn different combinations.

Among the smartphone, social media, and video game distractions, boxing is a great way to connect with your child, get into shape, build confidence and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Chris and his son Tyler agree. Once a week they train with Hakim and build their boxing skills one combination at a time. They often compete with each other to see who executes the pad work best to earn bragging rights at the dinner table.  Check out the slow-mo at the :30-second mark.
