Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Perfect morning wakeup smoothie!


  • Eight ounces almond milk
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • One ripe banana
  • Three dates, or one tablespoon honey
  • ½ avocado (about ¼ cup)
  • Two tablespoons raw cacao
  • Two tablespoons almond butter
  • One and a half teaspoon golden flaxseed

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
