Holiday weekends, especially over the summer, offer a unique opportunity to host our Fusion class. Today was no exception. On the 100th day of summer, Labor Day Monday proved to be one of best, if not the best!
Intense, challenging and most importantly fun, the 75-minute Fusion included four circuits mixing cardio conditioning, strength training, kettlebells, a medicine ball complex and hill running. Danny, Lauren, Hakim and Mark incorporated a series of movements within each 15-minute interval, designed to burn off the indulgences of the long weekend.
