The new schedule for July starts today. It includes an "Open WOD" slot from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Mondays through Fridays. Additionally on Fridays there will be an Open WOD session from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
A few important details about our Open WODs.
Safety is the number one concern. Please train within your limits and ask a trainer for help.
These sessions will be trainer-supervised, meaning a trainer will be present in the gym to monitor and oversee. However he or she will not be leading the workout. Our daily-themed workouts will be on the board and you are welcome to do them at your own pace. You can also use the session to improve your technique or do your own workout. Open WOD sessions are for members of HIT only.
The time slots are firm, meaning we will close promptly at 1:00 PM on Mondays through Friday, and at 6:00 PM on Friday for the second session. Please plan accordingly.
During Open WODs, trainer-led personal and group sessions have priority with respect to use of equipment and space.
Please rack and return all of the equipment you use during your workout and be respectful to others who are training.
