Now that summer is officially here, we are bringing back the Open Run Club starting Tuesday, June 30.
As part of a series of outdoor specialty activities and classes planned for this summer, the Open Run Club is free for members and will be guided by a trainer. The runs will focus on endurance and speed and offer a great way to complement your existing training.
Tuesday runs will focus on endurance; no more than three miles. Fridays will integrate sprints and bands on the turf field at the Municipal Complex in Marlboro. All fitness levels are welcome. Both days will be offered in the mornings, with the Tuesday runs rotating at different locations in the area. Of course the weather will dictate any changes to the Tuesday/Friday schedule.
