Last night we kicked off Monday Madness, a series of free off-season training sessions for middle and high school athletes. We had a great turnout with a mix of wrestlers, football and basketball athletes training hard.
The session included a dynamic warm-up followed by a series of training circuits that integrated kettlebells, slam balls and body weight movements. We are offering these sessions again on Mondays at 8:00 PM for the remainder of June (the 22nd and 29th) at no cost.
