Julian Young is no stranger to hard work. He has been training with us for the past two years, which helped him prepare for (and succeed in) football and basketball. Most recently, Julian was named one of the nation’s best middle school football players by USA Football.
Among the 91 athletes selected, Julian will represent the Under-14 Select Team which will compete in the 2016 International Bowl on Wednesday, February 3 at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, in Arlington, Texas. He is one of only two athletes to represent New Jersey.
Julian has worked with Collis as well as Danny and Theresa to improve strength, speed and explosiveness, as well as the mental aspects of his game. Julian loves to compete; within our sports performance program, he has been able to keep pace with some of the more seasoned high school athletes. Check out his training in the video below.
We wish Julian the best of luck in February and look forward to future success as he grows athletically and academically.
